Room cleanliness could definitely see improvement!!! It was frustrating to deal with noisy disturbances during my stay. a lack of clear signage made it difficult to navigate facilities!!!

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. I loved relaxing in the cozy leisure room and enjoying the lovely garden area. The only downside was a slight smell that reminded me of smoke, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. I'd recommend checking out the breakfast buffet – it’s tasty and well laid out! 😊

We had a great time with friends! Explored Coombe Country Park for some fun activities and visited the NEC for an exciting show. The hotel was easy to find, had spacious parking, and clean rooms. Breakfast was solid with good options. this place made our trip enjoyable and stress-free.

Enjoyed a night in a well-kept room. Reception was friendly, and check-in was a breeze. An outstanding bathroom with a powerful shower made my stay pleasant. A reliable tip, request a room away from the bar area for a quieter experience. Breakfast needs better staff training for cleanliness.
